Customers, OEMs and MROs at the centre of our evolution: relationships built on technical consistency
Trust in the aviation industry is not claimed; it is built and demonstrated. For four decades, Industrial Neotex has developed relationships with airlines, aircraft manufacturers and MRO organisations through a consistent combination of textile specialisation, quality, traceability and responsiveness.
This complementary feature in our 40th-anniversary series looks beyond corporate milestones. It focuses on the relationships that have turned technical knowledge into industrial continuity.
A common language with OEMs, airlines and MROs
Each participant in the value chain approaches the aircraft cabin from a different perspective. An OEM requires industrialisation, repeatability and documentation. An airline looks for operational reliability, cabin identity and solutions adapted to its fleet. An MRO needs coordination, response times and parts that support maintenance or refurbishment activities.
Technical trust starts with quality
Working with all three requires an understanding of the product in its final application. This is why Industrial Neotex’s aircraft cabin solutions bring together materials, manufacturing and technical support within a single aviation context.
In aviation, a sustainable commercial relationship depends on processes that can deliver consistent results. Aerospace certification, documentation, material identification and process control help transform a specification into a repeatable and verifiable product.
Industrial Neotex’s certifications and approvals are part of that trust infrastructure. They are not an isolated communication claim, but a framework connecting design, production or maintenance responsibilities with customer and authority expectations.

From supplier to industrial collaborator
Trust is also demonstrated through adaptability. Certified aircraft carpet, an aircraft seat cover or a divider curtain must meet defined specifications, while also fitting approval schedules, industrial processes and real operational needs.
Across 40 years, every programme has added learning: how to prepare a technical response, coordinate modification, maintain quality from batch to batch and support a customer when programme conditions change.
Long-term relationships, renewed responsibility
Looking back allows us to acknowledge the trust placed in us by customers, OEMs and MROs. Looking forward means renewing that responsibility. The industry is moving towards more efficient cabins, lower-impact materials and increasingly digital processes, yet the foundation of a strong relationship remains the same: meeting commitments and communicating transparently.
To every customer and collaborator who has been part of this journey: thank you for helping us turn four decades of experience into a platform for the future.
