Summer often provides an opportunity to pause and reflect on the journey so far.
At Industrial Neotex, the past months have not been defined by a single major announcement. Instead, they have been characterised by continuous work behind the scenes—improvements that strengthen the company from within and prepare us for the challenges ahead.
Before taking a short summer break, we would like to share some of these developments. Although they often remain behind our daily operations, they are helping reinforce our industrial capabilities, improve the way we work and strengthen our commitment to more sustainable and efficient aircraft interiors

Over the past year, we have continued strengthening our organisation by clarifying responsibilities across departments and consolidating new ways of working.
The addition of new professional profiles, combined with decades of accumulated expertise, is helping build an organisation prepared for its next stage of growth.
This is not simply about adding talent.
It is about preserving industrial knowledge while continuing to evolve.
Because behind every certified textile solution for aircraft interiors are the experience, expertise and commitment of the people who make it possible.
Improving to Keep Growing
Transformation also takes place on the factory floor.
During this period, our efforts have focused on improving production planning, strengthening supplier coordination and further enhancing our manufacturing capabilities.
These improvements allow us to respond with greater flexibility and agility to the needs of airlines, OEMs and MROs while optimising resources and increasing operational efficiency.
As we continue growing, we remain committed to a way of working built on planning, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Digital Transformation Starts by Connecting Processes
One of the most significant milestones of this year’s transformation has been the implementation of a new ERP platform based on Odoo.
This project will progressively integrate the company’s key processes, improve information traceability and connect planning, production, logistics and business management through a common digital platform.
Together with the introduction of handheld digital devices across our production facilities and other management applications, Industrial Neotex continues moving towards a more connected, efficient and future-ready organisation.
Digital transformation is not simply about implementing new software.
It is about creating an integrated industrial environment that supports better decision-making and greater operational efficiency.
Innovating to Manufacture More Responsibly
Innovation remains one of the key drivers of Industrial Neotex and its strategy as a certified manufacturer of textile solutions for aircraft interiors.
Throughout the year, we have continued investing in R&D projects focused on sustainable materials and innovative textile solutions while advancing initiatives aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing the environmental impact of our operations.
Among the most significant developments are:
- the commissioning of our NeoDye® digital printing technology, designed to significantly reduce water consumption;
- investment in photovoltaic energy generation at our Crevillente manufacturing facility;
- the continued development of recycled materials and textile solutions aligned with circular economy principles.
Our objective remains unchanged:
to combine textile innovation, industrial capability and measurable sustainability to meet the evolving needs of aircraft cabin interiors.
