Industrial Neotex and Pueblos Unidos have signed an agreement to launch an industrial sewing training programme for women who already have basic sewing skills.
The initiative aims to develop their technical abilities and build skills relevant to the textile industry, strengthening their employment prospects.
Sharing industrial expertise to create opportunities
The collaboration brings together Industrial Neotex’s textile manufacturing experience and Pueblos Unidos’ work supporting social inclusion and access to employment. The programme will help participants build on their existing sewing knowledge and develop specialist skills for an industrial environment.
For Neotex, the initiative offers an opportunity to share expertise rooted in its daily activity and contribute to the development of future textile professionals.
Supporting independence through training
Beyond technical learning, the programme aims to strengthen participants’ independence and support their progress towards stable, decent and quality employment.
Through this agreement, Industrial Neotex and Pueblos Unidos are establishing a collaboration between business and the non-profit sector with a clear purpose: expanding women’s professional opportunities through training.
