Three days of strategic conversations, market visibility and capability showcase at the world’s leading event for aircraft interiors. (Aircraft Interiors Expo)
From 14 to 16 April, Neotex took part in Aircraft Interiors Expo 2026 at Hamburg Messe, in a particularly significant edition as the event marked its 25th anniversary.
A key meeting point for the aircraft interiors industry
AIX once again brought together the global aircraft interiors community, with more than 450 exhibitors, 192 airlines and over 13,000 attendees, consolidating its role as a key platform to identify trends, build relationships and present solutions for the cabin of the future. For Neotex, the show was an opportunity to reinforce its positioning as an industrial partner specialised in technical textiles for aviation, with a value proposition based on certified capability, material know-how and responsiveness to new cabin requirements.
NeoDye® and new possibilities for textile design
Throughout the event, the Neotex team held meetings with stakeholders across the aviation ecosystem and shared a clear vision: the evolution of aircraft interiors requires a combination of performance, sustainability, design precision and industrial feasibility.
In this context, NeoDye® played a prominent role in Neotex’s presence in Hamburg. The technology enables a level of visual precision on textile substrates that expands design possibilities for aircraft carpets, incorporating graphics, text, visual identity and complex compositions that cannot be achieved through conventional dyeing processes.
Industrial conversations with a technical focus
This proposal connects with some of the key themes at AIX 2026, where sustainability, personalisation, advanced materials and passenger experience once again stood at the centre of industry discussions. (Aircraft Interiors Expo)
Neotex’s participation in AIX 2026 also helped give visibility to a way of working that combines textile expertise, technical focus and close customer collaboration. Beyond the trade show itself, the objective was to open meaningful industrial conversations: exploring real needs from airlines, integrators and suppliers, and continuing to develop solutions that respond to current cabin and retrofit challenges.
After AIX 2026, Neotex continues to develop textile solutions that respond to the evolving needs of the cabin through a combination of performance, technical precision and sustainability.
