General Terms and Conditions for Purchasing and Subcontracting
1) Neotex Purchase Orders
All processes, products and services supplied to Neotex shall comply with the requirements specified in each purchase order and the accompanying documentation. This includes delivery deadlines, pricing and payment terms, specifications and/or drawings (including identification and revision status), special process, product or service requirements, work instructions, inspection and/or verification requirements, and any other relevant technical information. Where applicable, this also includes statistical techniques, acceptance-related instructions and the identification of critical elements, including key characteristics.
2) Execution of the process, product or service
All personnel involved must have appropriate training. Where personnel qualification is required for the validation of any process, product or service, records evidencing such qualification shall be provided.
3) Deliveries to Neotex
All deliveries must be properly identified and comply with the delivery-related requirements specified in the purchase order. This includes providing material documentation, supplying accurate and complete product information, delivering certificates of conformity and including inspection and verification reports, where applicable. Delivery shall not be considered complete until all requirements specified in the purchase order have been fully met.
4) Supplier Commitments
The supplier shall:
Maintain a quality management system.
Notify Neotex by email (calidad@neotex.com) of any deviation related to the requested process, product or service, and obtain Neotex approval for the disposition of any non-conforming process, product or service.
Notify any changes to the process, product and/or service, changes of suppliers, or changes to the location of manufacturing facilities, and where required, obtain renewed approval from Neotex.
Flow down all applicable requirements, including customer requirements, throughout the supply chain and maintain appropriate control over suppliers and subcontractors.
Retain all records received and generated under this purchase order for a period of five (5) years, consulting Neotex prior to any disposal.
Prevent the use of counterfeit parts and the use of hazardous substances identified under REACH or any other applicable environmental regulation. Inform Neotex of any detected counterfeit parts or hazardous substances used.
Be aware of:
Contribution to product and service conformity.
Contribution to product safety.
The importance of ethical behavior.
Commitment to environmental protection.
Neotex, its customer and the relevant regulatory authorities reserve the right of access to all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the purchase order, as well as to all applicable records.
The supplier undertakes to comply, during the execution of the order, with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in force relating to Occupational Health and Safety, Human Rights and Environmental Protection.
All notifications referred to in these General Terms and Conditions shall be made in writing by email.
