Commitments
1. Commitment to Human and Labor Rights.
a. Neotex expresses its commitment and ties with the human and labour rights recognised in national and international legislation and with the principles on which the United Nations Global Compact and the Social Policy of the International Labour Organisation are based, as well as the documents or texts that may replace or complement the aforementioned.
b. Neotex undertakes to respect freedom of association and collective bargaining, as well as the rights of ethnic minorities and indigenous peoples in the places where it operates.
c. Neotex is committed to ensuring that there is no slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory human labour, human trafficking, child labour, debt bondage and deceptive recruitment of labour or any other form of modern slavery in any part of its business or in its supply chains. To this end, it requires the same level of commitment from its suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
2. Commitment to Health and Safety.
a. Neotex is committed to maintaining a group-wide Health and Safety programme, with tools to help management and employees identify critical and potential risks, as well as routines to help employees identify risks in their day-to-day work. All identified risks must be reported to prevent future accidents. We closely monitor each and every accident involving our employees, regardless of the severity of the accident, and take continuous measures to improve. Site managers are responsible for ensuring that each site represents a safe working environment and that systems are in place to enable safe working.
b. At Neotex we never compromise on safety. We want our employees to go home safe and sound from work every day and we have a zero vision mentality towards work-related accidents and injuries.
3. Commitment with the Authorities.
Relations with authorities, regulatory bodies and Public Administrations will be approached under the principles of co-operation and transparency.
4. Commitment to Customers.
a. Neotex, applying in any case standards of transparency, information and protection, is committed to providing a quality of services and products equal to or greater than the requirements and quality standards established by law.
b. Neotex guarantees the confidentiality of customer data, pledging not to disclose them to third parties, except with the consent of the customer or by legal obligation or in compliance with judicial or administrative decisions.
5. Commitment to Suppliers.
Neotex will adapt the supplier selection processes to criteria of objectivity and impartiality and will avoid any conflict of interest or favoritism in their selection.
6. Whistleblowing channel
Neotex has this public access channel to report any irregularity related to our organization. A report may contain personal data of the complainant or third parties, so it is necessary that you accept our privacy policy to send it. Neotex guarantees that the information sent will be treated as completely confidential. You can check the status of a report with its tracking code.
